I'm Anamika
CERTIFIED HOLISTIC HEALTH & WELLBEING COACH
I have a deep-rooted passion towards understanding the mind-body connection and encouraging individuals to break through challenges and re-set their lives.
As a child I attended boarding school in India for four years — a formative experience that taught me resilience, independence, and the strength to navigate life's emotional landscapes. India left a deep imprint on me in many ways, one that continues to inspire me, particularly in the use of herbs and spices for health as well as acupressure, tap massage and meditation.
My journey into holistic healing began with chronic sciatic pain that conventional methods couldn’t resolve. Discovering homeopathy was a turning point—easing my pain and revealing the deep connection between emotional and physical health. This experience shaped my belief in gentle, natural healing. The idea that our bodies often just need a gentle nudge, not a quick fix, resonated deeply with me.


MY BACKGROUND
Alongside my passion for health, I’ve been grounded in a spiritual practice since childhood that emphasises daily meditation, ethical living, and human unity. I’m grateful to be part of a meditation community that welcomes people from all backgrounds, a nurturing space that continues to shape my outlook and my practice.
I’ve also spent the past 8 years working as a medical interpreter, supporting patients in hospitals and medical centres. This experience has given me profound insight into how people navigate illness, not just physically, but emotionally. I often sensed how stress, trauma, and emotional imbalance seemed to be at the root of chronic conditions. It inspired me to become a health coach, with a focus on de-stressing, emotional healing and balanced nutrition and lifestyle. Today, I support clients through personalised coaching and share pathways such as homeopathy and meditation with those seeking deeper, lasting wellbeing.
Over time, my curiosity has expanded into natural remedies and the use of everyday seeds and spices from the kitchen to help with general ailments. I find immense joy in returning to nature’s wisdom — using food, herbs, and lifestyle choices to support balance, wellness, and emotional clarity.
MY JOURNEY
Creativity has also been a lifelong companion. I’ve spent much of my life immersed in art, design, handicrafts, and interiors. I truly believe that beauty and creativity are also forms of healing, they help us reconnect with ourselves, slow down, and find joy. As a mixed media artist and a former media professional, I’ve worked in live radio and tv broadcasting at both the BBC and ITV. My role as an Arts Ambassador saw me working with prestigious arts venues in Birmingham, and I also thoroughly enjoyed working as an Event Organiser at major music events too.
These diverse experiences have given me a deep appreciation for communication, connection, and storytelling - all of which I bring into my coaching work. So, with this background in media, the arts, and a lifelong meditation practice, I bring a creative, compassionate, and integrative approach to my coaching. I combine my passions to guide others toward balanced, natural, and fulfilling lifestyles — helping you to de-stress, tune into your bodies, nourish yourself, and feel empowered to move forward.
